Jumping1ton – Honey Mustard Sauce:

Uses: Dipping sauce for fried Chicken,French Fries, Salad Dressing, etc Ingredients:
4 C Kewpie Mayo
2 C BBQ Sauce
2 C Honey
1 C Yellow Mustard

Jumping1ton – Slaw Sauce:

Uses : Cole Slaw mix

Ingredients:

2 C Sugar
2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
4 C Kewpie Mayo

This is for spicy slaw mix used in J1T Shrimp PO Boy slaw
1/2 C Gochungjang Past
1/4 C Sugar
1/8 C Rice Wine Vinegar

Jumping1ton – Rigo Shrimp Po Boy Sauce:
Uses: Dipping sauce for fried Chicken,French Fries, Salad Dressing, seafood casearole (dynamite sauce),etc
Ingredients:
1/3 C Mayo
1/4 C Sugar
1/8 C Siracha
1/4 C Masago
 

Jumping1ton – Cutlet sandwich sauce

Uses: Pork/Chicken Cutlet sandwich


Ingredients:

1 C Kewpie Mayo
3.5 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/8 C Sugar

Jumping1ton – Kimcheese ShortRib Sandwich sauce   Uses:This a sweet mayo sauce that can be applied on steak sandwiches to balance the saltiness from the season meat
Ingredients:
1 C  Kewpie  Mayo
1/3 C Sugar

Buffalo Sauce
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup of Frank’s RedHot Original
2. 8 tablespoon of unsalted butter, melted. ,br>
3. 5 tablespoon of honey
4. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
5. 1 teaspoon of paprika.

Steps:
1. Melt butter and set aside
2. In another pan, heat the rest of the ingredients. Bring it to a simmer
3. Add the melted butter back, stirring until the butter is completely mixed with the sauce. Turn off heat in the middle of stirring. Do not let the sauce boil
